Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Manual 2 AI Private Limited (“Manual2AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for your use of CardConnect. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use CardConnect for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You retain ownership of the cards, notes, files, templates, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and protect CardConnect.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store another person's details and contact them. You must review extracted data and drafts before acting. CardConnect distinguishes a prepared draft from a sent message, and communications are initiated only through an action you choose.

You must not:

• send spam, harassment, deceptive messages, or unlawful content;
• upload malware or content that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, security measures, or another user's account;
• scrape, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use CardConnect for unlawful or high-risk activity.

Free and paid features may differ. The price, billing period, and any trial are shown before purchase. iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings before renewal. Web purchases are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Taxes and refunds are governed by the applicable store, provider, and law.

Before CardConnect deletes an account, it cancels a linked Razorpay web subscription to stop future charges. Deleting the account or app does not cancel an App Store subscription; you must manage it at Apple Subscriptions. We may retain a minimal transaction and final subscription-state record where needed for billing integrity, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

CardConnect can open or work with services such as Apple, Google, WhatsApp, email providers, calendar apps, and payment processors. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our control.

For iOS downloads, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where applicable.

Offline capture is designed to continue without a network connection, but syncing, authentication, extraction, purchase verification, and third-party actions can require connectivity. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable care to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

CardConnect, its software, branding, and original content belong to Manual2AI or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may stop using CardConnect or delete your account at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated violation, subject to applicable law.

CardConnect assists with data extraction and follow-up workflows; it does not guarantee OCR accuracy, delivery, recipient response, or business outcomes. You should verify important details before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manual2AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. Disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless applicable law requires another forum.

We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
